ACCEPTANCE, through learning how to shift your consciousness state into the observer state of consciousness. This will occur in form of a waking focused awareness and in a meditative practice. This begins and supports the process of:
INTEGRATION, so that unconscious fears that prevent creative insight, passion and a quiet mind no longer influence your thoughts, actions or emotions. You achieve a stillness of mind.
